Sandy Spielmaker – Vice President - Sales

As vice president of sales, Sandy Spielmaker oversees all sales, customer support and training functions for Amway Global.

In this role, she will help lead Amway Global’s transformation in North America with exceptional new products, expanded customer and Independent Business Owner (IBO) support, and enhanced compensation for IBOs.

Spielmaker joined Amway Global in January 2008 after most recently serving as president and general manager of the Watercraft Division of Johnson Outdoors. She has also served as Southern Division sales director and national account director for SC Johnson, and as general manager – international, and vice president of marketing for Bissell.

Spielmaker has a total of 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management, and is a native of Ada, Mich.
